If you are unable to login please check the following:
1. Check to make sure you are entering your username and password exactly the same way you did when you chose them.
2. If your payment wasn't processed completely, you won't be able to log-in. Check to see if you received a receipt from PayPal for confirmation of payment. If you didn't receive an email from PayPal then your payment was not completed and you will need to go through the sign-up and pay process again.
3. If you still can't login go to the "Contact Us" page and send us an email about your situation.
